This website is operated by Mimi + Boo Boo. Mimi + Boo Boo is the trading name of Emily Gant. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mimi + Boo Boo. Mimi + Boo Boo offers this website, including all information, products and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service are governed by English Law and apply to all users of the site and purchasers from the site. By accessing the site or placing an order with us, us you will have deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service, submitting to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst Mimi + Boo Boo is happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Thus, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you; by placing and receiving an order from outside the United Kingdom, you agree to be held accountable for any breach of law within your locality or region.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
All products remain the full and exclusive property of Mimi + Boo Boo until paid for in full. You may cancel your order up to the point of despatch. However because all of our products are handmade to order, you will be refunded to the original payment method minus the cost of labour and design that has already taken place. Any payments owing will be refunded within 30 days. With regard to our bespoke design or personalised card and frame service, once work has commenced following a clear brief and agreement from you, the client, no changes to the design can be accommodated and no cancellation or refund granted.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. 4. CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website or on our social media channels as advertised through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
We have made every effort to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, whilst the colour and image reproduction of the products that appear in our store are as accurate as possible, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour or image caused by the browser software or computer system that you are operating from. All of our products are handmade to order so we cannot guarantee that the buttons featured on your chosen products are an exact match to the product as shown in the store; embellishments are always selected as a best fit from the range in stock at the time of your ordering. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We reserve the right at any time to modify, remove the service temporarily or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time as we deem necessary.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with product availability. In the event there is a delay with your order or it is unavailable, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. In this instance you will have the option of waiting for the product to become available, accepting a substitution or to be given a full refund for the delayed/unavailable product.
6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. In the event that these are not up to date, we cannot be held accountable for any delay in responding to queries, processing orders or final receipt of a completed order at the originally specified delivery address.
In no case shall Mimi + Boo Boo, our contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the product or service, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of a product (or service), posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mimi + Boo Boo and our licensors, service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you receive damaged or defective goods please retain them and contact us within 48 hours of receipt, by email on email@example.com For damaged goods we can make a claim to Royal Mail up to their usual levels of compensation for a standard delivery, or a higher level of compensation according to the postal service you selected at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for missing or delayed items; in this instance, we will pass on proof of postage to you for you to pursue a compensation with Royal Mail. If there is any error with your received order please contact us within 48 hours from receipt on firstname.lastname@example.org
If your goods are not damaged but you are unhappy in any way with your order when you receive it, our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and we require proof of purchase. You can return it to Mimi + Boo Boo at the address below within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (not including postage & packing if paid). Please note that return postage is at the cost of the purchaser unless the goods are damaged or faulty. We recommend that you use recorded post and the item is insured for its full replacement value. This does not affect your statutory right to a 7 working day period to return your goods from when you receive them. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on bespoke designs or personalised orders but will make every effort to rectify the situation should you be unhappy with your order.
We only replace items if there is an error in the product you received in contrast with the order you placed; we cannot accept responsibility for any typing errors or omissions in bespoke or personalised products so please check carefully before you checkout. What you enter on screen will be what we print and make.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with the shipping costs to ship the original order to you.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will have been notified of turnaround times for the delivery of your goods upon placement of order and will be updated upon completion and postage. If you need something urgently drop us a note (please hyper link this) and we’ll do what we can.
All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail and, unless requested otherwise, we use First Class as standard. Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.
